The setup with Landing Pads #10, 48" bars, and control towers on 07 CRV worked out very well. These are a snap to install/remove (pun), once you get the landing pads on that is. The control towers snap into the landing pad, no screws/bolts other than those for the round bar which you can leave tight and remove the two towers and whole bar as a unit with only two snaps.

These are great, fit seamlessly onto the new CRV. The old ski rack and bike rack fit on perfect. One comment on the install, its important to take your time threading the yakima nuts onto the factory bolts. There was a significant amount of paint on the factory bolts that needs to be sheared off. I threaded the nuts on alone before installing the towers, screwed them down and then backed them out repeatedly to get rid of the factory paint on the threads of the bolts. Then once the paint was gone I put the towers into the bolt slots, and tightened the nuts down no problem.

These are great, I cannot tell you how much easier they are than the Q-Towers. They are truly a "set 'em, and forget 'em system. It is nice not to have to constantly readjust them. They fit the Landing Pads mounted in the Dodge Factory Tracks perfectly. They go on so easily and are so much lighter than the Q towers that I can just disengage them from the car and lift the whole rack off (with out removing the 4 bicycle mounts first) at once.
